French photographer Hedi Slimane’s pictures have a beautifully dark quality about them that really draw you in.
This is the second in a series of handmade character sketchbooks called Junkies by artist Przemek Blejzyk. The characters are painted on wooden sheets which are subsequently cut in half to allow for the intermixing of character tops and bottoms. The artwork is awesome, but the fact that you can mix characters together makes this book so much more fun to look through.
These boots serve as another great example of a collaboration that works. This time between Mark McNairy and workwear brand Empresas ADOC. The combination of triple stitching on suede uppers really make these boots stand out for me. In addition, the extra-thick vulcanized rubber sole add durablility and functionality to a workboot with a modern, clean silhouette.
